Kathryn earned a BA in Government and International Politics with a Minor in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University in 2011. She then commissened as a Logistics Officer in the U.S. Army, in which she served until 2016. She then began graduate work at the School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason, during which time she wrote this paper.
