Viktor Kotsev graduated from Duke University with a BA in International Comparative Studies and English and a minor in history (2007). He has studied in New York City, Australia, the Mediterranean, and Lebanon, where he was briefly stranded during the Israeli-Hezbollah conflict of 2006. Viktor has participated in conferences on peacebuilding and conflict resolution and presented a paper at Notre Dame's Student Peace Conference in 2006. He has conducted research in Albania, Kosovo, and Macedonia, focusing on identity dynamics and conflict.
